The original composition of bioactive substances and the presence of Betuldiol help soothe the skin and restore its healthy appearance in people with sensitive skin. The shower gel with BETULDIOL® has exceptional soothing, regenerating and cleansing properties for very sensitive and delicate skin. The product does not dry the skin out and leaves a pleasant feeling of cleanliness after washing. It preserves the skin's natural protective layer, which it nourishes with lipids. Contains fragrance. It restores the skin's suppleness, elasticity and hydration. The base is the original dermatological composition Betuldiol® with betulin, a natural substance from birch bark. It is complemented by allantoin, which helps soothe irritated skin.
Gentle washing is provided by mild cleansing ingredients (including Coco-Glucoside and Cocamidopropyl Betaine). Hydration is supported by glycerin, and the formula also contains dimethyl sulfone (MSM) and vitamin E (Tocopherol). The gel contains fragrance. The gel is intended for dry and sensitive skin, including eczema-prone skin, as well as for normal skin and all skin types. All EPIDERMA cosmetic products are dermatologically tested.
The gel contains fragrance; for very sensitive skin or a known sensitivity to fragrance ingredients we recommend testing on a small area first.

No. Neither atopic nor any other eczema is contagious – it cannot be passed on by touch or through objects or surfaces.

The gel is suitable for gentle daily body washing. It cleanses the skin gently, does not dry it out and helps maintain the skin barrier.

The gel is formulated so that it does not dry the skin out – during washing it hydrates the skin and helps preserve its natural protective layer. That is why it also suits dry and sensitive skin that does not tolerate ordinary shower gels.

The gel contains neither retinoids nor salicylic acid and can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. As with any cosmetic product, we recommend consulting a doctor if in doubt.
