The EPIDERMA® bioactive cream with the original Betuldiol® composition is designed for long-term daily care of dry, sensitive and atopic skin prone to signs of eczema. It soothes irritated skin and helps relieve the feeling of itching and tightness. It hydrates deeply and nourishes, supports the renewal of the natural skin barrier and protects the skin from drying out. With regular use the skin stays supple, elastic and pleasant to the touch.

How is the bioactive cream for eczema used?
Apply the eczema cream (cream for atopic skin) over the whole of well-cleansed areas in the morning and evening, or as a second layer over the eczema balm in places where the symptoms are more pronounced.
We recommend: on markedly dry and irritated skin it is advisable to treat the skin first with the EPIDERMA balm so that it receives the nourishment and hydration it needs and is better protected against external influences. Then apply this cream over the layer of balm. At the start of use the skin may be temporarily more sensitive or slightly red; if the irritation persists, stop using the product and consult a doctor.

The base is the original dermatological composition Betuldiol® with betulin from birch bark, complemented by allantoin and bisabolol, which help soothe irritated skin.

Betuldiol® is a patented composition of bioactive plant substances developed by the founder of the EPIDERMA brand, MUDr. Jiří Skalický. One of its characteristic ingredients is betulin, a natural substance from birch bark.
