It is the fundamental step in daily care for acne-prone skin and serves to cleanse problematic skin thoroughly. It contains micelles that bind impurities on the skin and remove excess sebum from the pores, and thanks to its Betuldiol® content it cleanses and soothes the skin in one go. To reinforce all these effects, white willow bark extract – a natural source of salicin that helps keep the pores clean and tones the skin well – has been added to the formula. The micellar water pairs with the EPIDERMA^® bioactive acne cream.

EPIDERMA^® micellar water also copes with light make-up, so you have a multifunctional product that removes make-up and cleanses the skin in a single step. For heavier make-up, use the make-up remover water included in the programme.

Our acne programme connects cleansing, body washing and subsequent care so that the individual steps build on one another. It improves the appearance of the skin, moisturises it and helps keep it clean and calm.

When caring for acne-prone skin, apply at least twice a day with a cotton pad to the face and eye area.

For make-up removal, once a day in the evening is enough. In neither case should the micellar water be rinsed off the face.

The bioactive micellar make-up remover water gently helps cleanse sensitive or problematic skin of impurities and make-up. Thanks to Betuldiol® the skin stays calm, clean and soft. It is suitable for removing make-up from the face and the eye area and is an important part of the whole EPIDERMA professional programme. Its soothing and moisturising properties, which leave the skin nourished and soft to the touch, will also be appreciated by mature skin.

Using a moistened cosmetic cotton pad, remove make-up with gentle strokes, including around the eyes. The water does not need to be rinsed off.

Skin care does not begin only with what we apply to the surface – what we give the body from within matters just as much. DermBalance Complex^® was developed as an internal complement to care for users of EPIDERMA^® dermocosmetics and combines vitamins, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids from algae, plant extracts and probiotic cultures – 13 active substances in a single vegan capsule.

The professional programme therefore covers the daily routine completely: from the outside through dermocosmetics with Betuldiol^®, and at the same time from within through the supplementation of selected nutrients.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin A (from beta-carotene) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin D3 (from lichen) contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and vitamin B5 to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA come from algae, not from fish. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart – the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA; one daily dose contains 500 mg.

The composition is further complemented by plant extracts of turmeric, stinging nettle and milk thistle, hyaluronic acid, the probiotic cultures Bifidobacterium breve B-3 and Lactobacillus plantarum 299 and piperine from black pepper extract. These ingredients are part of the composition as traditionally used substances; we make no health claims for them, as none are authorised for them in the EU.

The capsules are vegan (HPMC); according to the manufacturer's specification the product contains none of the allergens listed under EU Regulation 1169/2011 and no GMOs, and it is made in the Czech Republic.
